Students...in grades 3 & 4, 6 & 7, 10 & 11, in the 1988-89 school year, may remain in their assigned schools [to highest grade.] Also students in Orca, TOPS, A.S. I, A.S. II, Escuela Latona & Kimball, Summit K-12 & Nova. "The district will provide transportation for 2 [school] years (1989-1991.)...The above grandfathering rights extend to siblings, provided they are also enrolled in the same school during the '88-89 school year... Any of the above students who do not wish to remain in their assigned schools will be eligible to participate in the Revised Seattle Assignment Plan."
