Troubadour Harp Pilot Program. Nora Joan Clark, promoted and taught in a pilot music project to teach harp in Seattle Elementary schools. Twenty-four child-sized "Troubadour Harps" were made available from manufacturer, six students in each of four schools participated (Bryant, Magnolia, Lafayette, and Beacon Hill).
