Consent Agendas

1978 - 2003 the School Board changed to using a seperate Consent Agendas which included notations on which actions where authorized, which deferred and deletions.

Minutes Official - 2003 and continuing

After 2003 official minutes from the school board are no longer in a bound volume - but agenda and minutes are part of the Meeting Packets.

2006 - and onward Meeting Packets are both paper and electronic

Handwritten - transition to typing

First 6 Volumes (Records 1 - 6) are handwritten, with newspaper and other printed material glued in. First typewritten minutes were May 1906 (last page of Volume 6). Minutes were reviewed, corrected and initialed by a school board member
